Product Specifications

All product specifications, including dimensions, weights, and material grades, are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances. We reserve the right to make changes to product specifications without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices for stainless steel products may fluctuate based on market conditions of raw materials.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are 50% advance with order confirmation and 50% before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and other approved methods.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to transportation delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier. Title remains with Fair Steel Corporation until full payment is received.

Returns & Warranty

Material Warranty

We warrant that our stainless steel products will conform to the specifications stated at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover defects caused by improper handling, storage, or use.

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Custom or specially ordered items cannot be returned.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site including text, graphics, logos, and product specifications is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
